YouTube API Compliance

API Client and project
API Client: CreatorScout. CreatorScout uses exactly one Google Cloud API Project: 931378929748 (Project ID: creatorscout-505322). Its administrator-managed YouTube Data API credential is assigned exclusively to this API Client. Users cannot supply, rotate, pool, or share YouTube API credentials.
Data accessed
CreatorScout uses documented YouTube Data API v3 endpoints to retrieve public, Non-Authorized channel and video data. It does not request private YouTube account scopes and does not upload, edit, delete, rate, comment on, or subscribe to YouTube content.
Refresh and deletion schedule
Stored YouTube API Data is refreshed through a new API request or deleted before it reaches 30 calendar days. The same maximum retention period applies to saved channel identifiers, campaign references, and YouTube-derived analysis caches. Expired data is never returned for display.
User deletion
Authenticated users can use Data Controls to request deletion of stored CreatorScout data. This removes CreatorScout records and does not change data stored by YouTube.
Attribution
Pages that use YouTube API Services display an official, unmodified, clickable Developed with YouTube logo with a rendered height above the required minimum.
Product-generated fields
Workflow status, saved-state labels and the user-entered search topic are CreatorScout fields, not YouTube metrics. CreatorScout does not calculate or display a custom score or average-view metric from YouTube API statistics.
